Sony HDR-FX1 vs HVR-Z1E

We are often asked what the exact differences are between Sony's Professional HVR-Z1E and the Consumer oriented version, the HDR-FX1E... It's commonly thought that the only difference is XLR audio input connectors but the truth is the differences run much deeper than that. There are in fact over 40 enhancements on the HVR-Z1E. We've listed them all below in order to help you make sure you're choosing the right camcorder.
