The last thing you need in our industry is any unexpected downtime or delay caused by an equipment malfunction.

That is why, as part of our major investment program, we have just expanded our engineering department. This means we now cover a wide range of video formats including DVCAM, Beta SX, Digi Beta, Beta SP, IMX, and DVCPRO. Also as we are now a Sony High Definition Dealer, we cater for High Definition too. We have even more Sony trained engineers on board as well who can offer a quicker turnaround for repairs and upgrades than ever before - whether or not you bought the product from us. If there is a pressing deadline ahead, we will do everything we can to help you meet it, including where possible lending you a comparable product free of charge while yours is being repaired.

Many of our customers, including some of the best known players in the industry, rely on us for scheduled maintenance work such as Camera, VTR or Broadcast Monitor alignment and routine Lens servicing to minimise the risk of downtime even further.
