At CVP Mitcorp Group we care about making your visit a pleasant and secure one. It is safe to purchase from our 128bit secure web site using your credit or debit card (Secured by Equifax - Geotrust).
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card then your payment will be dealt with by our secure payment processor; HSBC. The transaction takes place over a 128bit secure connection, with a high level of encryption that is only readable by the HSBC bank payment system.
We take the threat of credit card fraud very seriously, and thus employ various levels of fraud protection throughout the ordering process. We do what we can to ensure that only the legitimate cardholder may use their card to pay for their order.
Fraudsters will not be able to use your credit card on www.mitcorp.com without your prior notification & consent. Likewise, you will not be able to successfully use someone else's card on www.mitcorp.com without their prior consent.

You can also pay for your order by directly transfering the payment into our HSBC bank account from any other bank.
If ordering online, the option to pay by bank transfer will be presented in the Checkout and the relevant information will be given to you once you complete the details of your order.
We are able to offer a number of Personal finance options that allow you to choose whether you would like to either spread the cost of your purchase over a set period of time, or defer payment of your purchase; whilst still allowing you to take delivery of your order within a number of days.
To be eligible, the total order value must be between �400 and �27000.
The live credit application is all done through our web site and allows you to receive an instant decision online. No paperwork or long and personal telephone conversations are required to submit your application! You will however, be required to print & sign the agreement that is avaiable to you for download upon being accepted.
We currently offer both 48 and 36 month interest bearing schemes at just 19.9% APR. We also offer 'Buy Now Pay Later'. BNPL is only subject to interest if the loan isn't paid in full within the deferred period of 29.9% - If you pay off your balance within the deferred period then you pay 0% interest on the Buy Now Pay Later scheme.
How V12 personal finance works:
- Where applicable, finance payment options will be displayed within certain product information.
- Choose one of the available finance options from the dropdown list at the bottom of the checkout.
- Pay a 10% deposit directly to CVP using a credit or debit card.
- If the deposit payment is successful you will be forwarded to the finance information form. You will be required to fill in personal information that we (CVP) do not collect from you for privacy reasons. These details are sent to V12Finance and not stored by Creative Video.
- Finally, the results of your credit check will be displayed. If your application has been accepted, then it is required that you either select the 'Print my credit agreement' or 'Post my credit agreement'. You will be responsible for signing these documents and returning them along with 1 form of ORIGINAL identification to V12Finance using the address that is supplied to you.
Please note: The hours for live credit check decisions are between 8:00 and 22:00 GMT. Credit checks performed out-of-hours will result in a referral and one of the V12Finance team will be in contact with the results.
