Ordering from our on-line store
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from us, so please make sure you know what you're ordering and furthermore that it is compatible with your existing or proposed equipment. If in any doubt call us on 01527 854222 or e-mail us, as we are 100% dedicated to helping you. Most items are in stock at our premises. However, if you place an order and the goods are not in stock or available within 3 working days then we will contact you to confirm the lead time for the the item/s concerned and that you wish to proceed with the order.
Please note that whilst on most occasions "Next Day" delivery means that goods ordered & in-stock will be delivered the next business day, on the occasion that your order is not in stock the term "Next Day" means that the goods will be delivered on the next business day after dispatch from our premises.
Our terms and conditions are in place to protect us against fraud and costs we would incur from customers ordering goods that they do not want.
